Wray Morrison: All iIn

It's been six years since a Canadian team has advanced to the Stanley Cup Final.
Even though a Canadian club hasn't won the Stanley Cup in nearly 25 years, three different Canadian teams made it to the final from 2006 to 2011.

This season marginal hockey fans in these parts seem to be more engaged than they ever have been, as we hit the midway point of the Stanley Cup playoffs.

Edmonton's success has fans thinking back to the Oilers teams of the '80's.

Fans who are just getting caught up on the Senators have come to know and appreciate players such as Craig Anderson and Clarke MacArthur for their character in overcoming obstacles.
Then, there was the fact over 42 per cent of first round games went in overtime.

Some new fans appear to be hooked for a variety of reasons, meaning they are likely all-in for the second half of the playoffs too.
