It was Light it Up Promotions, owned by Darren Szabo. Thursday night's display was just a preview of a new project the building has agreed to, which will turn the building into a giant, bright billboard.
The displays will be booked through Szabo's company, with a portion going towards the building's owners.
However, the building will take that money and donate it to the Z-99 radiothon for the Rawlco Centre for Mother Baby Care.
