A 19-year-old woman is facing charges in connection to a homicide investigation in northern Saskatchewan.

A 38-year-old man was found dead early Saturday morning at Black Lake First Nation.

The woman from Stanley Mission has been charged with second degree murder. She is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday in Stony Rapids

RCMP said neither the name of the victim or the accused is being released at this time due to trouble locating family members to notify them of this incident.

The names will be released once the family members have been told.
