Regina police have laid a charge of attempted murder against a man after an assault early Sunday morning.
It was shortly before 1 a.m. when police were called to the 500 block of Hamilton Street. Officers found a 22-year-old man who police say was the victim of “an assault with a bladed weapon”.
The young man was taken to hospital. There’s no update on his condition.
Police have now charged 34-year-old Desmond Grant Anderson with attempted murder and uttering threats.
