Saskatoon fire crews had to use rescue tools to free a woman from a car early Saturday morning.
They were called to Highway 219 and Victor Road near Beaver Creek, south of Saskatoon, around 2:15 a.m. and found the vehicle on its roof in a ditch with the woman trapped inside.
The car was stabilized and the woman was extricated safely.
She was taken to hospital, but the extent of her injuries is unknown.
