Saskatchewan RCMP have laid a charge following a long-running investigation into complaints about a Kindersley travel agency.
Complaints about T&T Travel Ltd. started coming to light back in January 2016.
At that time, hundreds of customers were alleging the agency took their money, but didn’t book their trips before abruptly shutting down.
On Wednesday, RCMP issued an update saying they’d charged 44-year-old Leslie Glausner with fraud over $5,000, with the one count covering over 250 complaints received by police.
If convicted, Glausner could face a prison term of up to 14 years.
