Don’t let optics fool you. Kent Austin is right to say not to take the fight at Tuesday’s practice too seriously.
The Tiger-Cats are coming off a 60-1 loss. That alone would make many football teams crumble and Hamilton is no different. Without a win in five tries, Hamilton has had enough and frustration boils over.
But here is why a fight at practice may actually be a good thing rather than bad.
Emotion!
Hamilton players finally seem fed up with losing but at least we all know about their frustration. At least we are seeing some passion from the team as they are about to take on the only undefeated team left in the CFL.
Sure, they need to show that passion and emotion in the game and not practice. We do know Hamilton has it in them and shouldn’t roll over ever again like we saw on Saturday.
