Environment Canada has issued a severe thunderstorm warning and watch for areas like Carlyle, Estevan and Weyburn.
A cluster of thunderstorms is currently being tracked and they have the possibility of producing strong wind gusts, up to nickel-sized hail and heavy rain.
Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and large hail can damage property and lead to injury.
Severe thunderstorms can also produce tornadoes.
