Lumsden RCMP found more than a pound of what is suspected to be cocaine after responding to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 11.
RCMP responded to the collision, which happened near Bethune, Sask., around 10 a.m. Wednesday.
While officers were on scene, they learned the driver of the vehicle had a warrant out for his arrest under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act.
Liam McLeod, 22, was arrested on scene and a search of the vehicle led to the seizure of around 461 grams of suspected cocaine.
McLeod was charged with possession for the purpose of trafficking.
He appeared in Regina Provincial Court on Thursday and will make his next court appearance on July 24.
