No injuries have been reported after a semi hauling two trailers went into the ditch and struck several trees.
The incident happened around 10:35 a.m. on Tuesday. A semi hauling two trailers was travelling westbound on Highway 1 roughly three miles — around five kilometres — east of Moose Jaw. Police said the semi left the road into the north ditch and struck several trees.
The semi then reportedly crossed back over the highway and came to a stop in the south ditch.
The semi was carrying non-hazardous materials and some contents spilled onto the highway.
No injuries were reported to the police.
Police believe a light coloured SUV, possibly a Ford Edge, may have also been involved in the incident.
Anyone with information or may have been a witness to the collision are asked to call Moose Jaw RCMP at 306-691-4670.
