Goaltender Mac Paddox got 29 saves en route to a 3-2 road win over the Kootenay Ice.
Robbie Holmes, Sergei Alkhimov and Austin Pratt scored for Regina.
The Pats are 2-6 for the season, and will wrap up a three-game road trip Sunday in Calgary against the Hitmen at 2 p.m.
