The truck that would usually be an 18-wheeler appeared to be driving without six of the back eight wheels when it was pulled over on Grasswood Road just outside of Saskatoon.
The driver was charged with driving with a major defect present, operating a vehicle with no safety inspection and displaying an unauthorized licence plate.
