Organizers of Canadian Western Agribition say this year’s show will go ahead.
In an open letter posted on Twitter on Saturday, they say the show has weathered recessions, droughts and other various challenges over the years.
“Also like you, we are not going anywhere. This has not kept you from calving and it will not keep you from seeding. When the calves are fat and the crops are off, Agribition will be there and we will be ready,” it says.
We hope your families and farms are safe and staying healthy. Canadian Western Agribition will be here when we can all get back together again. #StayStrong #CWA50 pic.twitter.com/dBHg39Bs9e

It will be the 50th show.
