The City of Moose Jaw is considering its options to help people get refunds for two concerts and three WHL games that were cancelled due to COVID-19.
In a statement Monday, the city said people who purchased tickets to concerts by ZZ Top (scheduled for May 10) and High Valley (May 28) as well as Moose Jaw Warriors games on March 14, March 17 and March 21 at Mosaic Place haven’t received refunds from Ticket Rocket.
The ticketing company was to issue refunds to those people by this past Saturday, but no one has received their money back.
It isn’t known how many people were to receive refunds. It also isn’t clear why Ticket Rocket didn’t meet its deadline.
“The City of Moose Jaw understands the frustrations of ticket purchasers and the City is currently reviewing all options,” the city’s statement read.
