Saskatoon drivers are being reminded that school zone speed limits will be back in effect beginning Tuesday.
In a release, the city is reminding motorists that from September to June from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, the speed limit through school zones, both elementary and high school, is 30 kilometres per hour.
The fine for speeding in school zones starts at $170.
The city is also reminding drivers that U-turns are restricted in school zones. That fine is $90.
