Four people are facing charges after a traffic stop in the Mount Royal neighbourhood Tuesday night.
In a release, Saskatoon police say just before midnight, patrol officers did a traffic stop on a white GMC Yukon in the 200 block of 22nd Street West.
As they approached the vehicle, they saw open alcohol and a shotgun in plain view.
There were four people in the truck and all were taken into custody.
Further investigation found a can of bear spray and 6.89 grams of methamphetamine.
Three men and a woman are charged with two counts each of possession of a dangerous weapon, and one count each of unauthorized possession of a firearm in vehicle, tampering with a serial number on a firearm, and possession of methamphetamine.
