Prince Arthur Community School is announcing a positive COVID-19 case, the first at a school in Moose Jaw.
Parents were sent a letter from the school saying students in the classroom where the case was identified have been notified and local public health officials will be reaching out to any close contacts.
Those who have children attending the school but are not contacted by public health likely have not been exposed to the virus.
Principal Jackie Straub is reminding parents to check their kids for symptoms each day and to not attend school if they are sick.
