8:30 – Saskatchewan added new restrictions in Regina Tuesday due to the high number of COVID-19 variant cases detected in the city. Indoor private gatherings are now prohibited, and restaurants and bars will be closed this weekend. 12:00 – After losing her eyebrows a few years ago, Saskatoon’s Karen Edwards wanted to help other women caught facing the same issue, whether it’s due to alopecia, genetics, chemo, or over-plucking. Edwards taught herself 3D design and bought a 3D printer to start her new business offering a glasses-style template guide for applying brows. She’s pitched the made-in-Saskatoon product on Dragon’s Den, and is now working on a Kickstarter campaign to get the business off the ground. Edwards joins Gormley to tell us more.
