Four people — including three youths — have been charged after patrons at a Regina bar allegedly were pelted with rocks from the roof above.
According to the Regina Police Service, officers responded Friday at about 2:10 a.m., to a bar on the 1800 block of Scarth Street for a report of a mischief in progress.
The caller said four people were on the roof throwing rocks at customers. Witnesses also saw the suspects enter a building through a window.
When officers arrived, they took the fire escape to the roof of the building. There, they found and arrested an 18-year-old woman, a 17-year-old girl and two 16-year-old boys.
All four were charged with mischief under $5,000 and break and enter with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The 18-year-old was to appear in Regina Provincial Court on Friday. The three youths are to appear in youth court on Oct. 6.
