Early next week, Premier Scott Moe is expected to release “guidance” on COVID-19.
Moe mentioned it at a news conference on Tuesday.
“Some additional guidance on how we are going to live with COVID in our communities and in our families across Saskatchewan and possibly some additional guidance with respect to some that are not yet eligible for vaccines, namely those under the age of 12,” said Moe.
The premier said it would be proper guidance for school divisions and families in the province.
Moe talked about the guidance while repeating his message that everyone in the province should get vaccinated.
On Monday, the province began reporting its daily COVID numbers broken down by whether the person was fully vaccinated, partially vaccinated, or hadn’t been vaccinated at all against COVID-19. Moe said that gives a picture of vaccines and how well they’re working.
“I think the confidence that I have is shared by many Saskatchewan people, that vaccines truly are our most effective tool in finding our way through to a point where we are able to live with COVID here in Saskatchewan,” said Moe.
