Regina’s two largest school divisions are reporting cases of COVID-19 have been detected at a number of schools and on two school buses.
In a media release Monday, Regina Public Schools said two cases had been reported at MacNeill School and one case had been reported at each of Ecole Elsie Mironuck School, Thom Collegiate, Henry Janzen School and Ecole W.S. Hawrylak School.
Everyone who’s considered a close contact of the cases is to receive a letter from the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
The Regina Catholic School Division posted on its website copies of letters that have been sent to close contacts of cases at five schools and two buses.
Two cases were identified at Deshaye Catholic School, and one case was reported at each of Dr. Martin LeBoldus Catholic High School, Michael A. Riffel High School, St. Matthew School and Ecole St. Mary.
Cases also were reported on the buses that serve St. Joan of Arc School and St. Francis Community School.
The Catholic division previously had announced cases at St. Bernadette and St. Theresa elementary schools.
