'Catastrophic error' eliminates Saskatchewan's Team McEwen from Brier

A risky triple-takeout with McEwen holding the last rock in the sixth end ended in disaster.
Two people were taken to hospital after an early morning house fire on Moose Jaw’s west side.
Firefighters took the call at 1:33 am on the 1000 block of Caribou Street West. The house was engulfed in flames when police arrived.
Police and fire fighters were able to remove two people from the house, and one person was able to escape on their own.
The Moose Jaw Police Service are saying the injuries to the two people are serious but non-life-threatening.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation, and there is approximately $200,000 damage done to the home.
