The SJFHL has six teams across the province, with 125 players aged 18 to 22.
Regina Public Schools said cases of COVID-19 had been identified at two of the division’s schools.
One case had been detected at each of Jack MacKenzie School and Sheldon-Williams Collegiate.
Close contacts were notified and given information about self-isolation.
Since Oct. 1, Regina’s two largest school divisions have reported 134 cases of COVID at 52 schools.
Children under the age of 11 — the only age group that currently isn’t eligible to receive COVID vaccinations — usually make up the largest number of new COVID cases in the government’s daily updates.
