The Regina Police Service has made an arrest in the city’s 11th murder of 2021.
Reagan Riley Joseph MacDonald, 20, was charged with manslaughter in connection with the death of 43-year-old Mitchell Lorne Oliver Anthony.
Anthony was found unresponsive in a home in the 900 block of King Street on Wednesday at about 9:30 p.m. Police officers performed CPR until paramedics arrived, but Anthony couldn’t be revived and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police haven’t said how Anthony was killed.
MacDonald made his first court appearance Friday.
