Hey there in today’s feature we’ll discuss Mississippi Pot Roast.
I often think about home in Mississippi will residing here in Saskatchewan.
Another favorite meal that reminds me of home is Mississippi Pot Roast. All you need are five ingredients and a crockpot and it’ll probably be the best pot roast you’ve ever eaten. Give it a try!
DIRECTIONS FOR MISSISSIPPI POT ROAST:
Just 5 ingredients: a chuck roast, ranch dressing mix, gravy mix, butter, & jarred pepperoncini peppers.
-Place the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot.
-Sprinkle the ranch and gravy mixes over the top of the roast.
-Add the butter and pepperoncini peppers.
-Place the lid on top crockpot and cook over low heat for 8 hours or more until roast is fork tender.
-After it’s fork tender ready, Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes, or as a sandwich.

1 packet gravy mix
1/4 cup butter
6-8 pepperoncini peppers
