The Saskatchewan Roughriders have added former NFL defensive back C.J. Reavis to their roster.
The CFL team announced the transaction Friday.
Reavis, 26, played four games for the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2018 before spending the 2019 season on the Atlanta Falcons’ practice roster. The 6-foot-0, 198-pounder was waived by Atlanta in August of 2020.
He began his college career at Virginia Tech University before transferring to East Mississippi Community College. After one season there, he moved to Marshall University, where he played two seasons.
Reavis signed with the Jags as an undrafted free agent.
