In today’s feature we’ll discuss Garlic Herb Steak Bites.
DIRECTIONS FOR GARLIC HERB STEAK BITES:
-Get smoker cranked up to 350 degrees.
-Cut your choice of steak (Ribeye, New York strip, Sirloin) into bite sized cubes.
-Combine the cubed steak pieces in a bowl along with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 mins
to marinate.
-Heat a large cast iron skillet on smoker, get it nice and sizzling hot. Once hot, add the marinated steak bites. Let the steak bites sit without
touching them for 3 minutes so they can build a crust on one side. Stir the bites and continue to cook for another 2 minutes until they reach
desired doneness.
-Add butter to the skillet and stir to coat the steak bites with butter. Sprinkle liberally with fresh parsley and serve immediately either with
toothpicks (as an appetizer), make into a sandwich, or as a dinner entrée alongside potatoes, rice, or veggies. Guess what, it’s eatin time!!!
