Police in Regina are asking for help from the public after two people who spotted a group of men going through parked vehicles were followed and allegedly shot at.
According to police, two people were driving down Sandhills Crescent around 4 a.m. Thursday when they spotted three men “going through vehicles.”
As the two people drove away, police said two vehicles followed them onto Chuka Drive. As the group was turning onto Sage Drive, police said the two people “heard what sounded like gunshots, and felt their driver side front tire go flat.”
The two vehicles following them then took off on Chuka Drive heading south, police said.
Nobody was hurt in the incident, and police asked anyone who lives in the area to check security cameras for anything suspicious that could help with the investigation.
