A plane crash Sunday morning near Shaunavon killed the two people who were on board, according to the Transportation Safety Board (TSB).
The Cessna 172 left Swift Current to do a pipeline inspection flight, heading to Estevan. The TSB said the plane crashed about six nautical miles southwest of Shaunavon.
The plane caught fire after it crashed and both people on board were killed.
Investigators from the TSB arrived in Shaunavon on Monday afternoon and, as of Tuesday morning, were still looking into what caused the crash.
