Sterns returns to Riders' roster for Saturday's showdown against Elks

The Riders made some roster moves ahead of the game against the Edmonton Elks.
A serious collision shut down a section of Highway 16 between Marshall and Lashburn on Wednesday morning.
The RCMP said visibility on the highway was severely reduced by smoke, which was a factor in the collision.
The Mounties warned drivers to expect delays until traffic can be detoured around the scene.
