The $1.33M rent reduction comes from what the club owed during seasons impacted by the pandemic.
The Saskatchewan Roughriders have signed a CFL veteran as they attempt to shore up their offensive line.
On Friday, the Roughriders announced they had signed 29-year-old American offensive linemanĀ Eric Lofton.
The 6-foot-4, 293-pounder was with the Winnipeg Blue Bombers in 2022 and made one start at right tackle. He played two games with the Edmonton Elks during the 2019 season.
He started his CFL career with the Ottawa Redblacks, dressing in four games over the 2017 and 2018 seasons.
Lofton spent five collegiate seasons at Temple University, appearing in 37 games with starts at right tackle, right guard and left guard.
