The University of Regina is celebrating International Women’s Day with its Inspiring Leadership Forum.
On Wednesday, the 14th edition of the forum – with the theme this year of “Born to Transform” – is to feature three keynote speakers “who have overcome adversity and are blazing their own unique trails,” the U of R said in a media release.
The speakers are: Jody Wilson-Raybould, a best-selling author and former federal minister of justice and attorney general; Lyse Doucet, a Canadian who’s covering the war in Ukraine as the BBC’s chief international correspondent; and Lisa Nichols, a media personality and corporate CEO whose global platform serves nearly 80 million people.
The conference is being held at the Viterra International Trade Centre on the REAL District campus.
