Listen to daily commentary from provincial news director Sarah Mills
Sarah Mills says parents are probably breathing a sigh of relief as kids head back to school after the Easter break.
A semi truck hauling an air seeder managed to get stuck under an overhead sign in Moose Jaw on Tuesday.
According to police, the truck got lodged under the sign on Main Street North shortly before 1 p.m., “causing major damage and traffic obstruction in the area.”
Traffic is being diverted onto Diefenbaker Drive, police said, and drivers were asked to avoid the area as the highway will be blocked “for an unknown amount of time.”
