A Regina man is facing a charge of mischief after allegedly vandalizing a rainbow flag on a sidewalk with spray paint.
According to Regina police, a school resource officer was informed about the graffiti near a high school on College Avenue on Sept. 7.
Police didn’t name the school, but the address corresponds with Balfour Collegiate.
The officer’s investigation led to a 41-year-old man, who was arrested Oct. 4.
Police said the 41-year-old man was charged with a single count of mischief under $5,000. He was released on an undertaking to appear in court next month, police said.
