In an update, police said a 67-year-old man, a 58-year-old woman and their 30-year-old son were murdered. The Mounties said another son, aged 34, died as a result of self-inflicted injuries.
The Mounties haven’t named the victims, but 980 CJME has confirmed the property where the four bodies were found is owned by JoAnne and Gary Bender.
The RCMP also hasn’t named the murderer or provided details on how the victims were killed.
On Sunday, RCMP officers who were conducting a wellness check found four bodies in a farmhouse about five kilometres northeast of Neudorf.
