A month-long investigation by police ended on Wednesday with three arrests and the seizure of weapons and suspected drugs.
The investigation β which included officers from both Regina and Saskatoon β led to a traffic stop on Highway 11 northwest of Regina. According to police, the driver of the vehicle tried to get away, ramming police vehicles in the process.

βThe vehicle was stopped and two adult males and one adult female were subsequently taken into custody,β the Regina Police Service said in a statement.
Police said a search of the vehicle turned up 1,187 grams of suspected cocaine, 4.17 grams of suspected meth, bear mace, a machete, scales and ammunition.
All three people in the vehicle are now charged with possession of a scheduled substance for the purpose of trafficking. The 24-year-old woman who was allegedly behind the wheel is also charged with dangerous driving, resisting arrest and possession of firearms contrary to a prohibition order.
All three made their first court appearance on Wednesday.
