A woman was seriously injured in a collision in Regina on Tuesday afternoon.
Regina Police Service said officers were called around 3:15 p.m. to the intersection of Saskatchewan Drive and McIntyre Street after a report about a “motor vehicle accident”.
At the scene woman could be seen visibly in pain on the ground bleeding from her leg. She was loaded onto a stretcher and was taken to hospital.
In a written statement, police confirmed that the woman was hit by a large truck.
Regina police described her injuries as “serious but non-life threatening at the moment.”
