Police in Regina are asking the public for help tracking down the owners of two dogs that allegedly attacked a woman in the Washington Park neighbourhood.
Officers were called to the area of Third Avenue and Cameron Street for a reported dog attack at around 9:20 a.m. on Monday.
“An adult female was walking her dogs when she was chased by two other dogs and then attacked,” the police service explained in a statement.

“The victim of the attack called for help and got the attention of city workers who then called 9-1-1.”
Police said paramedics treated the woman’s injuries, and someone picked up the two animals after the alleged attack.
“Investigation determined that a male and female arrived and led the dogs away, but did not return to the victim,” police said. “An area check by police did not locate the dogs.”
Police released video footage showing the dogs being taken from the scene, and asked anyone who could identify the two people in the clip to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
“Crime Stoppers will pay up to $2,000 for information on this or any other serious crime in Regina,” the police service noted.
