A Pilot Butte woman will soon be picking up the keys to her brand-new home after winning the grand prize in the Hospitals of Regina Foundation’s 2024 fall home lottery.
Leona Baun took the grand prize, which includes the $1.4 million grand prize showhome and $25,000. The 3,312 square-foot home, located on Fieldstone Way in the Creeks, features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered deck and a home gym.

Monique Dumaine of Storthoaks claimed the 50/50 prize of $514,037, while Regina’s Aggrey Flynn won the cash calendar prize of $25,000 and Doug Pomfret, also of Regina, won the membership loyalty prize of $10,000.
“A heartfelt thanks goes out to our lottery supporters, who believe as strongly as we do in committing to the best health care possible for our community,” the foundation said in a statement.
“All winners will be notified in writing by MNP regarding their prize and how to claim it.”
Proceeds from this year’s ticket sales support health-care programs in Regina hospitals, including cardiac care, pediatrics, trauma care, medical imaging, and cancer care through the hospitals’ assessment centres and oncology units.
