Emergency crews were on the scene of a fire at Capone’s Hideaway Motel in downtown Moose Jaw late Friday night.
One person was taken to hospital with fire-related injuries following the blaze, Moose Jaw Police Service (MJPS) said in a news release Saturday morning.
The MJPS says no other injuries have been reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation by the Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency in conjunction with the Moose Jaw Fire Department (MJFD).
Three fire trucks and 11 personnel attend the fire after a call came in at 11:10 p.m. on Friday night. Police closed sections of Main and Manitoba streets to fight the blaze.
