A house listed for sale in Regina was the scene of an early morning fire resulting in the death of a person.
According to Regina Fire & Protective Services X account, crews responded to the blaze at a home on Benson Bay in east Regina just after 8 a.m. on Tuesday.

When firefighters arrived, they entered the home and pulled one person out of the house. However, that person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The house is listed for sale at $689,900 on a few realtor websites stating it’s a six-bedroom house of 2279 square feet. The listing boasts photos of an outdoor swimming pool, a large dining room and a fireplace.
