A nearly two week long search for a missing man, has a tragic ending.
50-year-old Orlando Okemaysim was found deceased in the Sturgeon Lake area.
RCMP confirmed his family has been notified.
“After initial investigation, Orlando’s death is not believed to be suspicious in nature. The Saskatchewan Coroners Service will continue the investigation into his death,” they said in a news release.
Okemaysim was last seen on Christmas Eve and the search effort included dozen of volunteers, as well as the use of drones, atvs and snowmobiles.
