A Ripplinger-built showhome in The Creeks is the grand prize in the Hospitals of Regina Foundation (HRF) 2025 Spring Home Lottery.
The fully furnished, decorated and landscaped home will come with $50,000 in cash, with all lottery proceeds going to support health care in Regina’s three hospitals.

Funds will be used to continue to enhance pediatric programs at the Regina General Hospital, including the Rawlco Centre for Mother Baby Care and NICU; the children’s program at the Wascana Rehabilitation Centre; and cardiac care, mental health, medical imaging as well as cancer care at Pasqua Hospital.

The grand prize showhome, located at 4201 Elderberry Crescent, can be viewed at hrfHomeLottery.com, where there is a photo gallery and virtual tour.
The lottery is also offering an early bird prize of a choice between a 2025 Corvette Stingray or $100,000 and a bonus prize of a 2025 Lexus UX300H combined with a 12-day trip for two to The Bahamas or $75,000 and a VIP prize of a 7-night Greek islands Windstar cruise or $20,000.

As well, anyone who signs up to become a Hospitals of Regina Foundation Home Lottery member is eligible to win $10,000.
The lottery also features a 50/50 add on — last year’s total was over $1 million — and a cash calendar add-on, with one winner receiving $25,000 on June 15 and July 15, and $2,500 awarded daily from June 16 to July 14.
