A Regina man is facing several charges including theft, possession of stolen property and dangerous operation of motor vehicles in connection with incidents over the past month.
According to police, officers located a 2003 Ford F-350 at the intersection of Big Bear Boulevard and Vanstone Street on Friday around 12:51 a.m.
Officers identified the man in the vehicle as one charged with breaches of undertaking. The man, 31-year-old Kevin Aaron Evans, was also identified as a suspect in five auto theft related incidents from July.
Evans was taken into custody without incident and is now facing numerous charges, including four counts of dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, five counts of possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000, five counts of possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000, two counts of theft under $5,000, seven counts of breach of recognizance and eight counts of breach of probation.
Evans will make his first appearance in provincial court on Monday morning.
