An elderly woman is dead after a motorcycle and pickup truck collided near Carlyle Saturday night.
Carlyle RCMP said members responded to a crash around 7 p.m. It happened in the westbound lane of Highway 13 near the southeast Saskatchewan town.
The 75-year-old woman driving the motorcycle was taken to hospital in Regina. She died from her injuries Sunday morning.
Police are not releasing her name.
The three people in the truck weren’t injured.
Detours were in place for six hours during an on-scene investigation.
The roadway is clear, but RCMP continue to investigate the crash.
