Canadian fans irked by Wayne Gretzky's affiliations with Trump amid tensions

If you have one person in your corner, it should at least be your wife.
Roger Goodell made headlines on Thursday because his wife has his back.
You see, Jane Skinner Goodell made an anonymous twitter account in which she was defending her husband.
Why? Well, she loves the guy and didn’t like the media coverage he was getting on such topics as deflate-gate, Ezekiel Elliott or more recently the national anthem protests.
Goodell has needed the support because he hasn’t been on the side of fans for quite a while. There has been a lot to criticize and in the coming weeks there will be even more.
He is meeting with owners to try and get the players on their feet during the anthem. He is also still in a legal battle with one of the most popular teams’ most popular players.
The NFL had it good for so long but Goodell is starting a reign of error. With all respect to his wife, he deserved the criticism and if you don’t like it, get him to turn down his 34-million annual salary.
Now I’m wondering if my wife has any secret twitter accounts.
