What’s open, closed in Regina for Remembrance Day stat

There’s some changes to city services for the Monday most have off from work in lieu of Remembrance Day.

Garbage collection and recycling will be picked up as usual.

The Landfill is open from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Gates close at 5:15 p.m.

Regina transit is operating on their regular weekday schedule. The information centre along with the RedLine is closed.

Paratransit will be operating  from 6 a.m. to 11:15 p.m.

Good news for people running errands, parking meters are not in effect.

Riverside Memorial Park and Regina cemeteries main offices are closed. However, the gates will be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Civic offices are also closed. The Neil Balkwill Civic Arts Centre and Art Gallery of Regina is closed.

The North West Leisure Centre’s open from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Sandra Schmirler Leisure Centre is also open from 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Fieldhouse and Lawson Aquatic Centre are open from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
