Mounties say a 61-year-old man who died in a rollover near Moose Jaw on Wednesday wasn’t wearing his seatbelt.
RCMP were called to the single-vehicle rollover on ten mile road at 4:17 p.m., northeast of Moose Jaw. A truck was heading west towards Highway 301 when it lost control and rolled in the south ditch.
The 61-year-old Moose Jaw man was the only person in the vehicle. He was taken to hospital in Moose Jaw by STARS air ambluance where he was pronounced dead.
The gravel road was closed for roughly seven hours as the RCMP investigated.
