Freezing temperatures recorded in parts of Saskatchewan

We’re not even halfway through September, but it got a little chilly Wednesday night in parts of Saskatchewan.
A few places in the north — like Meadow Lake and Spiritwood — actually dropped below freezing. Meadow Lake dipped to -1.3 C while Spiritwood fell to -3.1 C.
However, most of southern Saskatchewan hovered just above the freezing mark. Regina’s low was 4 C while Saskatoon dropped to 0.5 C.
