Southern Sask. under snowfall warning

Those living in the southern part of the province may need to break out the shovels and snow-blowers Tuesday.

Assiniboia, Carlyle, Estevan, and Shaunavon area are all under a snowfall warning.

Environment Canada is predicting 10 to 15 centimetres, or four to six inches, of snow, starting Tuesday night and continuing into Wednesday. Drivers can check the Highway Hotline before travelling.

The worst of the snow is expected to fall in the areas closest to the U.S. border.
